It was the dawn of the third age of mankind, the year after Win95/98 came upon us all. A dream given form, our last, best hope of ending the O/S wars, it failed. But it became something greater, our last, best hope to surf the web for Babylon 5 stuff !

This journey is ended. Another begins. Time to rest now.

*The Legend Of The Atlantis*

The battle was over, marked only by an expanding cloud of debris from the jump point explosion. Few remained to see it, most defenders vanquished, mute cargo in the mangled remains of their ships. Those survivors turned faltering scans and unbelieving eyes to the center of the cloud, where something was stirring. The outer edges dispersing now, but a presence congealing, swirling and shimmering, in the center. Solidifying from the maelstrom, two figures of light and fire became distinct from the chaos surrounding them. A man and a woman regarded each other with wonder at their new forms. Drawing nearer, hands outstretched, palm to palm, igniting the space between with energy, time and space itself began to bend. It shattered with a immaterial blast that stunned mind and flesh, electron and crystal. Resetting systems, the watchers marveled at a restored fleet born of the brightness. Whole, undamaged vessels where wrecks crewed by the dead  had been. All but Atlantis, of which there was no trace. Confusion, then celebration, ensued as the restored awoke. Unnoticed now, the couple looked upon their handiwork, and smiled. Embracing, they grew brighter, became indistinguishable, and finally merged into a single ball of light. It remained for a moment, as if reluctant to leave, and then flashed into the distance, all alone in the night.

A new chapter in the Babylon 5 universe began 01/03/98 with A Call To Arms. Great action, great effects, great ship but unfortunately a terrible soundtrack. The ?music? was not even recognizable as such many times, you're wondering what the crew doesn't turn off that irritating alarm and then you realize it's supposed to be the ?soundtrack? Chris Franke's  music from Babylon 5 was an integral part of the series, enhancing and supporting the moods portrayed on screen. In my opinion this was more just random noise than music, let's hope Evan Chen improves during Crusade because I think we're stuck with him .

It's cold outside but you can start planning for summer right now. How about a Jet Ski expedition to the Bahamas? In June a group is planning to leave West Palm Beach FL for an approximately 63 mile ocean ride to Grand Bahama Island. It should be an adventure, I WANT TO GO!!!!!

Summer has ended, winter is here. What to do? Go hunting! To increase your chances of success visit Kerry's Duck Hunting Page. If you're thinking of an expedition to Eastern North Carolina get in touch, he can really help you out.

Portsmouth Island., pictures of the Ghost Town of the Outer Banks, NC.

The Attic. The place where I stick odds and ends I don't want on the main page anymore.
